Late Dr. Kamal Singh Sendhav was not only a devoted doctor and public servant, but a man of extraordinary commitment, compassion, and vision. For over two decades, he served the people of Punasa and surrounding regions with unwavering dedication—often placing the needs of others before his own, working tirelessly day and night to ensure that no patient was left without care.
His life was defined by service, sacrifice, and a deep sense of responsibility toward society. Yet, beyond healing individuals, he believed in healing generations.
In 2005, guided by the conviction that education is the strongest foundation for a better future, he established Royal Public School, Punasa. His vision was clear and purposeful—to create an institution where children from all backgrounds could access quality education rooted in discipline, strong values, and meaningful opportunity.
Dr. Sendhav never saw the school as a business, but as a service to the community—a place to shape character, nurture potential, and build responsible, capable individuals who would contribute positively to society.
His humility, integrity, and tireless work ethic earned him not just respect, but deep trust and admiration from the community he served.
Though he is no longer physically present, his ideals continue to guide every decision, every classroom, and every child who walks through these gates. His legacy is not confined to the past—it lives on, growing stronger with every generation we educate.

Babita brings valuable global perspective and professional experience, having lived and worked in the United States since 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer. Her experience working with leading technology organizations has provided her with a deep understanding of innovation, structured systems, leadership, and continuous improvement—perspectives that continue to inspire the school’s long-term vision.
As a member of the Board, she participates in the governance of the institution by contributing to strategic planning, policy discussions, and major long-term initiatives. While she is not involved in the school’s day-to-day management or operations, she remains committed to supporting its continued growth as part of the Board and ownership.

As Managing Director of Royal Public School, Krishnapal Singh Sendhav leads the institution’s day-to-day operations with dedication, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. He believes that excellence in education is achieved not only through a meaningful vision but through consistent execution, committed leadership, and an unwavering focus on every child’s growth.
A graduate of Northeastern University (M.S., 2023), Krishnapal brings a blend of international exposure and practical leadership experience gained through his professional journey in both India and the United States. His approach combines structured systems, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while remaining deeply connected to the values and needs of the local community.
As Managing Director, he is responsible for the overall administration and functioning of the school. From academic planning, faculty development, and student welfare to infrastructure, admissions, and daily operations, he works closely with teachers, staff, students, and parents to ensure that every aspect of the institution reflects quality, discipline, and care.
He strongly believes that a school succeeds when its teachers are empowered, its students are inspired, and its parents have confidence in the institution. His leadership emphasizes accountability, teamwork, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning, creating an environment where both educators and students can thrive.
