Late Dr. Kamal Singh Sendhav was not only a devoted doctor and public servant, but a man of extraordinary commitment, compassion, and vision. For over two decades, he served the people of Punasa and surrounding regions with unwavering dedication—often placing the needs of others before his own, working tirelessly day and night to ensure that no patient was left without care.
His life was defined by service, sacrifice, and a deep sense of responsibility toward society. Yet, beyond healing individuals, he believed in healing generations.
In 2005, guided by the conviction that education is the strongest foundation for a better future, he established Royal Public School, Punasa. His vision was clear and purposeful—to create an institution where children from all backgrounds could access quality education rooted in discipline, strong values, and meaningful opportunity.
Dr. Sendhav never saw the school as a business, but as a service to the community—a place to shape character, nurture potential, and build responsible, capable individuals who would contribute positively to society.
His humility, integrity, and tireless work ethic earned him not just respect, but deep trust and admiration from the community he served.

Babita Singh Sendhav brings valuable global exposure and professional experience, having lived and worked in the United States since 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer. This journey has given her a deep understanding of world-class systems, structured environments, and forward-thinking leadership—insights she now aims to apply meaningfully within the field of education.
As Managing Director, she takes ownership of every decision, process, and standard within the institution. Her leadership focuses on building a school that offers quality education, strong values, and a stable, supportive environment for both students and parents. Academic planning, school operations, and student welfare are overseen with careful attention to ensure that every child receives meaningful and consistent guidance.

A graduate of Northeastern University (M.S., 2023), with professional experience in both India and the United States, he brings global exposure along with a grounded and practical approach to leadership. His perspective is shaped by structured systems, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on long-term impact.
Working closely with the Managing Director, he oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the institution, ensuring that every decision is implemented with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. His role is centered on translating vision into action—building systems, strengthening processes, and maintaining operational excellence across the school.
